3 tips to rest (really rest)

These tips are for you if you ever feel guilty whenever you take a nap or decide to take some well-deserved time off.


LISTEN TO YOUR BODY 
We usually feel it in our body when it’s time to rest, but we’ve developed the bad habit of ignoring the signs. Listen to the sensations that are telling you to rest. You’ll be more productive in the long run.

 

MAKE IT A PRIORITY
Add rest/ break times to your schedule and stick to them.
Fifteen (15) minutes can go a long way.

 

LET GO OF THE GUILT
We often feel guilty or lazy if we take some time off to rest. Make it a habit to take long weekends, add some quality time for yourself to your schedule, and enjoy every minute of whatever you end up not doing!
