PRACTICE SAYING “NO”

It’s challenging, it’s uncomfortable, and you will feel guilty. But all of this goes away when you practice honouring your truth. A person who honours her NO is in a better place to accept another person’s NO.

BE REAL
We live in a society that encourages small talk, fake smiles, and insincere relationships. Pave your path to live a fulfilling life by standing in your truth. You’ll eventually attract like-minded people.

SPEAK UP!
As women, we’ve been raised to play small. And Queen, I know this approach hasn’t been working out in your favour. Speak up even if your voice shakes.
