Your choice, whatever is it, will lead to a path you can handle. Make a decision and embrace it. 

BE EMPOWERED.
Speak with empowering words to support you as you move through the fear. Instead of saying “I can’t” say, “I choose not to” 

LISTEN.
Your inner voice will never guide you astray. Stay positive, trust, take action. 

JUST DO IT!
Fear never goes away on its own. Decide to take that first step towards a meaningful change.
