3 tips to face your fear

RECONNECT TO YOUR DESIRES.
When fear arises, take a moment in silence/ meditate with one hand on your heart and the other on your lower pelvis. Ask yourself, what do I really want? Let the answer arise on it’s own. If you don’t hear it right away, create the space to do this until you hear yourself. Remember the first response is usually the right one for you.

IDENTIFY WHAT IT IS.
Asking yourself whether or not what you feel is doubt vs fear is very helpful. Fear usually shows up with a desire. Doubt shows up when you don’t really want something, but you feel you should want it. Next time you’re faced with uncertainty, ask yourself, is this fear or doubt?

JUST DO IT!
Taking action is probably one of the best ways to create a meaningful change in your life. All it takes is a simple step towards what you desire. Try it out and see for yourself what happens. It’s a lot better than you can imagine.
