How to Navigate YOUR DREAMS During the Covid “Fiasco”

Do you agree that the month of March was C-R-A-Z-Y?!

I can definitely say I didn’t see that coming — whole routines toppled over by an invisible threat.

The power of a virus.

March 2020 definitely gave me a wake up call and showed me how I deal with “crisis” … not very well. I was literally on an emotional rollercoaster ride.

In order not to let panic, fear, and anxiety take over, I started waking up in the morning asking myself, “What do I want to create today?” This simple mindset shift helped go from worry to possibility.

I started to focus on what I wanted to create, instead of what I was afraid of. I focused on the present day, instead of tomorrow’s uncertainties. Because in life we can’t control external circumstances, but we can definitely control our inner being.

That’s why this month, I’m inviting you to tap into creation and imagination.

By tapping into our creativity, we can start to imagine different ways to make our time at home and this new shared reality positive, so we don’t fall into a depression – a real possibility when we’re faced with less freedom and our lives are suddenly restricted.

So, do take the time to acknowledge your “negative” emotions. Give them space, let them be expressed, release them, and then focus on your vision, and what you can do today to bring you closer to it.

As you start to wake up to your creativity, you will start to discover different ways you can take meaningful steps toward YOUR DREAM, no matter what’s happening around you.
