In other words, there’s never a good reason to miss it unless – see play policies.

CHOOSE TO HAVE FUN
Make a pact with yourself that you’ll only participate in activities that are fun.
Strategize how to include work in this pact.

TRY SOMETHING NEW
We all have a list of things we’d like to try because we believe it would be fun. Take out that list and start scratching off activities you can do, even during confinement.

DO IT OUTDOORS 
How many games can you play outdoors? Be creative. 

ASK YOUR INNER CHILD
Reconnect with the four-year-old you used to be. What would she do?
