5 tips to reconnect with your inner child.

BE SILLY.
Lighten up—life isn’t meant to be all “shoulds” and rules. Being too strict rarely leads to joy (unless you plan on becoming a Royal Canadian Guard!). Give yourself permission to let go, laugh at the little things, and enjoy the freedom of not taking everything so seriously.

PLAY.
Do it behind closed doors if you need to; but, cartwheels, somersaults and rolling down a hill like a log are a lot of fun, even as adults. 

LISTEN.
Start paying attention to your inner voice and it will get louder, clearer and more in tune with who you are and what you want. 

MAKE IT FEEL GOOD.
Does it feel good? Make it feel good via all of your senses. 

MAKE SOLO TIME.
Remember to include activities that will allow you to connect to yourself in silence.
