PICK A TIME
The best way to create a supportive space for you to listen to your heart is to choose a time in your schedule that will remain the same. Meditation teachers will often tell you the best times are between 4 – 6 am. But anytime is a good time when you’re learning to cultivate a deep and intimate relationship with yourself.
BE NON-JUDGMENTAL
Accept whatever comes up. Be open and curious about your desires. They’re trying to tell you something. Give yourself permission to explore them and discover what opens up when you try something new.
JOT IT DOWN!
We don’t always remember those moments of clarity.
Keep a journal close by and jot down whatever comes up for you.
