Hey Beautiful Outlier,

You might have felt it – the subtle shift in the weather, the cooler breeze at night.

The back to school season can often catch us off guard as the energy shifts when many enter a “new school year.”

But for you, this month is just another month when things start to slow down, and you might become more aware of your routine called life.

You might find yourself reflecting and asking yourself: What am I doing with my life?

When these types of existential questions start popping up, they can often leave us feeling unsettled, especially when we don’t have a clear response.

So, here’s what I recommend: Lean in.

When you find yourself overwhelmed by questions like: What am I doing with my life?

Ask yourself instead, What do I want right now? – Keep it specific to the present moment so you can practice hearing the subtle response.

Is it something sweet like your favourite dessert, or something comforting like a hot bath? Maybe you feel the need to let go of something or someone in your life that’s been holding you back.

Whatever it ends up being, honour it. Practice honouring the smaller desires so in time it will be easier to honour the big ones.

And, if you think you’re able to hear what you truly desire, but you’re having doubts, sign-up to my SoulTips and Inspiration newsletter to get tips on how to gently lean in.

I’ve been helping creatives just like you get clarity, and overcome fear and challenges so they can pursue what they truly desire in their life and career.
