Are you set-up to achieve your dreams?

Hey Beautiful Outlier,

Two years ago, I signed up for a 6-month intensive leadership training program, and I left the training 2 months in.

I thought I was a yes, but it turns out, I was a no.

You might also have a time in your life where you found yourself in a similar situation. Where you wanted to say yes to personal development, but something got in the way.

It’s like you were trying to go beyond an invisible wall that kept you from moving forward.

It’s happened to all of us. We want to create an important change in our life, but something keeps getting in the way, and we get stuck.

In your case, you might dream of a positive change in your career. You’ve been thinking of it for years; but something keeps you in an endless cycle of maybe next year, this is just how it is, I just need more money, it’s a stupid idea … and every other reason that makes taking the next step scary, overwhelming, and out of reach.

But what if I told you, real change comes from having a dream that feels a tad bit impossible. What if I told you, real change comes from setting a goal or intention that will encourage you to take actions you’ve never taken before?

And, what if creating real change in your life only required you to take ONE step outside of your comfort zone?

Just one.

Would you be willing to take the leap and embark on your journey for change then?

As we dive into the fall season, I’m going to encourage you to take this time to set an intention for the next 6 months.

And remember, choose something that scares you … a little bit.

Choose something that will make you nervous enough to feel butterflies in your belly, and excited enough to look forward to the future.
