Start each morning with a positive thought by deciding before getting out of bed that today, will be a good day.
CHOOSE A MANTRA.
Let’s be honest, bad days will happen. Choose a mantra to help pull yourself out of it. A favourite: Everything is happening perfectly.
MEDITATE.
Take some time out during the day to be present by focusing on your breath. Even one minute counts!
AVOID JUDGING OTHERS.
Let go of your criticism towards others. We all have our faults, issues and hiccups.
WRITE A GRATITUDE LIST.
At the end of the day, take the time to jot down everything you are grateful for. Start with one thing and work your way up to 10.
