There’s so much to say about fear.
It’s crippling.
It keeps you away from your dreams and your desires.
It sways you when you’re making important decisions.
It keeps you stuck exactly where you are with nothing ever changing and,
It keeps you from living a life you love.
What can you do about it? Many things.
I’d like to share with you what I learned about fear.
Fear is part of our lived experience.
If you’re alive, you will experience fear, and ignoring it won’t make it go away.
That’s why when I work with my clients, we take the time to unpack the fear.
It’s an important part of the process if you want to discover your DREAM CAREER and wake up to a career you genuinely LOVE.
When you let fear run the show, it gets in the way of your biggest dreams. It tells you scary stories about what could happen to you if you don’t stay in your stable job.
Fear tells you, you can’t handle it, and you won’t make enough money.
Fear also tells you your situation isn’t so bad, you’re being difficult, you won’t find something better, you’re going to create a worse situation for yourself, and so much more.
And, you can choose to believe all of these things your fear is telling you, or you can make what you desire greater than your fear. You can take a step outside of your comfort zone to experience what really happens when you don’t listen to your fear.
You can take the step that scares you to discover what happens when you lean into fear.
It doesn’t have to be a big step, it can be a small step. Something small that brings you closer to what you desire. This small step is enough for you to experience a shift.
Pause to notice it.
Is it a feeling of relaxation,
Less anxiety,
Peace and calm?
By listening to your heart, you allow yourself to experience something new.
