5 tips to cultivate positive thoughts

HAVE AN AWESOME DAY, NO MATTER WHAT
Start each morning with a positive thought.
Decide before getting out of bed that today, will be a good day.   
 

CHOOSE A MANTRA
Let’s be honest, bad days will happen. Choose a mantra to help you pull yourself out of it. My favourite: “Everything is happening perfectly”
 

MEDITATE
Take some time out during the day to be present, start by focusing on your breath. Even one minute of focus counts!
 

AVOID JUDGING OTHERS
Let go of your criticism towards others.
Nobody is perfect. 
 

WRITE A GRATITUDE LIST
At the end of the day, take the time to jot down everything you’re grateful for. Start with one thing and work your way up to 10. Notice how you feel after one week of doing this simple practice.
