3 tips to say YES to you

MEDITATE.
Find a time each day to sit with yourself in silence. Take this time to check-in and feel into your desires. Soon you will be able to hear the subtle messages from your heart.  

PAUSE & REFLECT.
Sometimes, saying yes (a real yes) requires us to pause and reflect. Take 24 hours, a week, or even 2 weeks to get clear about your yes before moving forward with important decisions in your life.

PRIORITIZE YOURSELF.
Make your needs a priority. The more you put yourself first, the more you will learn to say yes to you – and believe it or not, find the time and space to show up for others.
