LEARN TO SAY NO
Start saying NO to the things you really don’t want to do; delegate; or do an exchange with a colleague who might love a task you can’t stand. (If you’re feeling some resistance around this suggestion, I would encourage you to work with me).

DANCE IT OUT!
Start your day with a quick dance break, and take dance breaks throughout the day. This will help you shift your energy and get rid of any funky mood that might be weighing you down.
