Can you believe it’s been 2 years since our lives were turned upside down?!

In the last two years, we’ve experienced things we never thought we would experience in this lifetime.

It felt as though the world had become a movie.

Some people even compared it to World War 3.

In either case, the way you navigated the pandemic gave you a glimpse into how you deal with stress.

If you’re like me, you might have panicked and gone into survival mode without even realizing that’s what you were doing.

It took me a while to snap out of it and focus on what I needed, to take care of myself.

This year I want you to learn how to be ready for the ups and downs that come with this experience called life and while you’re navigating YOUR DREAM CAREER journey.

That’s why this month’s theme is SELF-CARE. It’s all about loving yourself even if you’re single. It’s about knowing how to bring a smile to your face and feel good every day no matter what’s going on around you.

It’s about making YOU a priority in YOUR life because self-care is at the foundation of your ability to feel AMAZING, FEARLESS, and PASSIONATE.

Don’t miss this month’s SoulTips to get you started!
They’ll be live on April 15th.
