5 Tips to Look Forward to YOUR Day

As soon as you wake up, decide (and believe) you’ll have an amazing day and then watch it magically unfold.

Start the day by reminding yourself of all the things you are grateful for.
Start with the basic things like a healthy body, a roof over your head, a sunny day, friends, family, etc. 

Choose one activity to participate in for the day that you know will enliven it.
Decide to make it extra special and do it alone.

Set some time aside to go for a walk or step outside for a deep breath of fresh air.
This small gesture can make a world of a difference in your day. 

Start every morning with a practice that will help you start your day off with a smile. This could include, but is not limited to: meditation, self-massage, Reiki, yoga or another physical practice, journaling, a bubble bath. Anything that will help you get grounded before starting your day and interacting with others. (Yes, you will probably have to wake up an hour or two earlier than usual and it’s totally worth it).
