PLUG IT IN

Including self-care in your schedule should be as important as the time you’ve dedicated to work.
Plug it in your schedule and don’t let anyone or anything replace this Sacred time. 

MORNING RITUALS

The way in which you start your day will define your whole day. Carve out an hour in the morning to focus on YOU. Include soothing activities you enjoy like meditation, movement (i.e., yoga or gentle stretches), journaling, reading etc. That will allow you to start your day gently.

ROUTINES

Wake up and go to bed at the same time every day.
You will settle into a routine that feels good and energizes you.

BREATHE

Fresh oxygen will awaken your body and your mind.
Make it mandatory to step outside for a walk every day, even if it’s just for 5 minutes.

MAKE IT FUN!

Choose self-care activities that you genuinely enjoy. Check in with yourself to see how it makes you feel. Reconnect with the feeling of inner peace and happiness.

BONUS – EAT HEALTHY

What you eat can make you feel energized or sluggish. Pay attention to the foods you eat and how they make you feel. Slowly remove foods from your kitchen that make you feel drained, sluggish, or tired.
