3 Tips to Listen to YOUR Heart

REFLECT … ALONE

It’s tempting when we’re ready to follow our heart to ask our friends and family their opinion, however, that option can often backfire. Especially if people in your entourage have never taken risks. Trust your process, make an empowered choice, take action, and then share your decision with others.

LISTEN TO YOUR FEAR

The most attractive choice is often the one that scares us the most. Use fear as your guiding compass. The things that scare us the most are often the ones we desire the most. We just let the fear of the unknown get the better of us. Choose your fear, discover the excitement of life that exists beyond your comfort zone.

EXPLORE OPTIONS

When making a decision, brainstorm and jot down all of the scenarios you can think of and imagine. Even the ones that are ludicrous. This will help your mind expand and see options that you might miss if you stay stuck in your head contemplating the only 2 options you can think of. The mind is a powerful tool. Use it wisely. Then let your heart guide the final choice you make.
