3 Tips to Get Over Your Funk


Don’t be in such a rush to get rid of your moodiness. It’s there for a reason. Acknowledge it by giving it the space to be fully expressed, so you can comfortably let go of it and move on.

Negativity can become an addiction. We feed it, justify it, hold on to it, share it etc. Once you’ve honoured it, let it go. Choose to focus on something more productive that will help you create the life you want to wake up to.

Yup, there it is again, the same tip I’ve been repeating to you for the last 3 months. Take action. Move your body. Do something, and be amazed at not only what you will create, but the doors that open up and lead you to new possibilities, and experiences.
