Decision making can be tricky at best, (when you have too many options to choose from); or, overwhelming at worst (when you let yourself get consumed by “what ifs” and the hearsay of other people’s worries). Let your heart guide you and trust that you are choosing what’s best for YOU. 

FEEL EMPOWERED
Start to pay attention to the words you use when taking a step into the unknown. For example, instead of saying “I can’t” say “I can handle it.” Because, YOU have all the tools in your tool kit to tackle what scares you the most! YOU are INCREDIBLE!
