3 Tips to Declutter YOUR Thoughts


Make journaling a habit. This can be done ideally in the morning, after your meditation, so you can dump all the unnecessary thoughts and start to see who you are and what you really want more clearly.


Give away your belongings that you no longer use, or even better, that you don’t even like. By clearing out your space, you psychologically create more space in your mind which helps with gaining more clarity.


When you find yourself worrying about something, decide if you can do something about it right away. If the answer is no, let it go, choose to stop worrying. If the answer is yes, take action right away!
