We often feel as though we have to explain away our emotions, usually the ones we define as negative. Honour the tears, sadness, anger, and unhappiness. They’re valuable emotions that are here to guide you. 

PAY ATTENTION
Our inner world speaks to us in subtle ways. Create enough space and silence to listen, and hear what your heart truly desires.
